Your links between website and local stores are terrible. Site has improved a bit, but the dust accumulation in the indoor units is just awful. So glad I don’t have to go back there.

Our only concern is that the customer service needs improvement, particularly the cranky manager who was less than pleasant every time we encountered her. Overall though we would recommend this place. The storage prices seemed high, so next time we will compare prices. However, for our move this was a perfect set up.
