Don’t really need the one year lock protection. Daughter is an out of state college so we only store her larger items for the summer. With that being said you should offer short term for college student at discounted rate.

KYLE V | Online Move InI rented this u haul storage unit, haven't been able to use it yet, but then I get a call from the management or employee about doing a walk through. Stating they noticed nothing was in my unit? Who would want strangers going thru their stuff? Especially when it's supposed to be "my" storage unit that I rented out???? Very uncomfortable situation! Told them if they would give my money back they could rent it to someone else. She muted the phone to talk to her manager, he said no. ... i told them I would use it. But now I'm too afraid to put my belongings in there just because of employees snooping, maybe even plotting to steal my stuff!?! Really want my money back, especially with weird activities like this going on. It's like they are waiting to see what they can get from what I move in. Very uneasy situation.

Kim W | Overall ExperienceThis is a nice facility. I had storage there for almost three years. I only had one issue when I noticed rodent droppings on my suitcase despite having a rodent box in the storage unit. Fortunately a person from the cleaning crew was right there and handled the situation professionally and promptly. That was the only issue I ever had. The only other thing I did not care for was the woods on one side of the building where the entrance to the storage area was. That certainly was not UHauls fault. I was approached once by someone walking out of the woods, that made me feel very vulnerable and a little unsafe but again, not U Hauls fault. I will definitely come back here for any future moving needs.

Also, I have received my money back $75 due to a hold on my debit card. I returned the key in around 9 pm yesterday. It was processed at at 7:01 am today.
KAMAL A | First ImpressionsRavi the Store Manager was very helpful and prompt whenever anything was needed. I would say $180+ per month or $2,200+ annually is pretty expensive. You should offer leases of designated time periods where the total price declines versus your stated average length or rental.
