BEVERLY W | First ImpressionsThe staff were fairly ambivalent to disinterested. The only other comment is it’s really expensive. Location is great and facility, though dated, is well kept.
PAUL C | Overall ExperienceWhen it was time to move my belongings out of the storage there was no lighting, which made it unsafe. In addition the storage was not well maintained, as there was garbage around the property.

SCOTTIE H | First ImpressionsDon’t really need the one year lock protection. Daughter is an out of state college so we only store her larger items for the summer. With that being said you should offer short term for college student at discounted rate.

KYLE V | Online Move InI rented this u haul storage unit, haven't been able to use it yet, but then I get a call from the management or employee about doing a walk through. Stating they noticed nothing was in my unit? Who would want strangers going thru their stuff? Especially when it's supposed to be "my" storage unit that I rented out???? Very uncomfortable situation! Told them if they would give my money back they could rent it to someone else. She muted the phone to talk to her manager, he said no. ... i told them I would use it. But now I'm too afraid to put my belongings in there just because of employees snooping, maybe even plotting to steal my stuff!?! Really want my money back, especially with weird activities like this going on. It's like they are waiting to see what they can get from what I move in. Very uneasy situation.
