I reserved a storage unit during the process of renting a truck. The location of the storage unit was different from the location of the truck pick up and return, and that was unclear during the reservation process online.

No eye contact, he never offered me any help. I offered the key card and my lock he took the key card and was like Ill take that if I take the lock I am just going to throw it away. So this lowered my above avearage experience to just average I felt like I was under valued.
