I moved out during the week of March 10th. Staff checked the unit, and said a receipt would be sent via email. However, a receipt was not sent, but rather the next week I received another bill! Staff checked the unit again, and then had to refund the recent payment, which had already gone through! This was quite aggravating after 2 staff members told me that I was all set after emptying the unit! I would suggest that staff be required to enter information and print out a receipt immediately when a unit is vacated!

Jennifer D | Overall ExperienceMy former unit D05 has loose fiberglass insulation on the ceiling such that every time I opened the unit, i had fiberglass falling into my face and on my belongings in the unit. This seems like a simple maintenance issue that should just be fixed. The price of the unit was high considering that, and I was able to find a storage unit with more than double the space for much less in terms of cost, with a unit in much better condition, and so I chose to move out at this time. Your staff was helpful with my questions, on a positive note. Overall though, I was not impressed with this experience given the price of the unit.

LaTeaisha B | Overall ExperienceMy locked rusted shut, you have to use Uhaul locks, so it took up a bunch of time to cut it, cost $50, plus I then had to buy another disc lock. That should't happen when I've had locks outside for 10-15 year with no issues.

Last year i started a prom closet for local young ladies and men can come in and try on prom dresses and suits, take one they like for free so they can enjoy prom too for whatever the reason why money might be tight, everyone should be able to go to their prom. I ran 8th a problem with storage for the dresses and suits as I had received a total of 160 dresses and suits donated from people all across the Hudson valley NY, and Javon stepped in and offered a unit to store the suits and dresses in for me. Words cannot express the extreme gratitude for Javon’s generosity. Thank you so very much.
