LUIZ R | First ImpressionsThis is by far the nicest facility I have ever been to! Convenience of the pull in garages to get out of the elements was top notch! I forgot to swipe my card one time and when I went to unlock my own storage unit without logging myself in, the alarms sounds. Although It really scared me, to know just how secure my storage items were brought peace. I honestly couldn’t say enough about the storage units and ease of renting and returning trucks!

Chris was great, but his staff was still poorly qualified, either lazy and uncaring, or just did not know proper procedure. My fob never worked after several attempts, so I used my code - it was not worth my time to get corrected. The trickle charge power never worked and left my battery dead The snow bank up against my rig mad it difficult to pull out and the ice on the lot was rediculaous. Over all, I would suggest that UHaul higher a more qualified staff to run the day to day.
