Moved out yesterday, however, had paid for climate controlled Storage Unit, but the air conditioner is broke. It was hotter inside than it was outside. Feel like I should be reimbursed for no lt being climate controlled and staff not notifying me that the ac was broken. Said something to the staff they didn’t care, said it was going to be $30k to fix and didn’t know when it was going to be fixed.

I'm concerned about my payment for the month of June. It was automatically deducted from my bank account for June. The payment due date was June 4th. I want to understand why I'm not getting reimbursed any funds as I am not using the storage anymore and my account was closed on the 4th of June 2025

Herbert J | Overall ExperienceThe personnel, with the exception of a young white young guy that told me I couldn't park my moving trailer in front of my storage to move out and load my household goods, with that exception everyone that works there were awesome. Specially the crew working on the 20th of August 2024. Thank you all!! On the side of the facilities, I lost a lounge chair, and a big Asian rug to rats. It was several months since the last time I went in the unit, but don't understand if it is a closed facility, how they got in. Anyway, those are valuables that we lost that are irreplaceable. With that exception everything was good.
