I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience with your storage services that I believe reflects unfair and potentially predatory practices. I rented a storage unit for one month to facilitate my move. However, on the day I was scheduled to vacate the unit, I received a notification indicating that my payment for the following month had been processed, without any prior notice or communication. This lack of transparency feels deceptive, as it appears to encourage customers to inadvertently extend their rental period. In the midst of a hectic moving process, it is reasonable to expect a customer-centric company like U-Haul to provide timely notifications regarding upcoming payments. The absence of such communication not only adds unnecessary stress but also raises concerns about the fairness of your billing practices. Unfortunately, I have found no recourse for a partial reimbursement for the unused month, which further exacerbates my dissatisfaction. While I was pleased with the trailer rental service, I feel let down by the handling of the storage charges. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your customer communication and billing practices in the future.

Andrew M | Overall ExperienceThe whole process of renting a vehicle was ridiculous i called in a reservation and when I got to location it took 45min before I got into a vehicle. The woman who was helping me walked away after we couldn't get the thing to scan, then the other girl was rude with a short temperament the whole process was RIDICULOUS and I should have been told when making reservation about all the things that had to be done. Time costs money and that took way to long.
