I made my storage reservation in advance. But the day of move in. I received a call from a Uhaul representative, stating the space I reserved was given to a customer prior to my move in date. Leaving only a smaller unit available. I accepted the smaller unit only due to my current circumstances. In the future I hope that Uhaul will do a better job of keeping the units reserved by customers available to them. Instead of leaving their customers stuck with whatever they have left. Even though the customer made prior reservations.
