I was pleased with my service I would recommend this facility to my friends and family very nice and friendly group that work there.

Derrick w | Overall ExperienceI received the call by error stating that I had a balance of $1100 and that my things were going to be up for auction. When I spoke with the young lady, she searched to find my account and stated I received the call by error the call was for someone else, she continued to say my things were auction off on the 16th. Previously I did not receive notification, phone calls or anything about my storage unit.

LINDA W | Overall ExperienceThere was flaws but the management team has made corrections over the year. Staffing is becoming better and the bathroom has made a 360. I left safe coming and going at all hours. Always clean in unloading areas and halls, no signs of pest which I appreciated. Compared to their local competitors they can not be touched on environment.
