Pamela P | Online Move InI think there should be a way to confirm with time of equipment and or vehicle return. My vehicle was returned at 10:18 p.m. on 11-11-25 however the system still showed an open and or active vehicle and when going through the process within the application it doesn’t confirm it just gives a general message. Also I wasn’t told of smh denial of access if one isn’t done with accessing their storage by 10:00 p.m. upon completion of the reservation… I had to learn of this policy as I was unloading the last of my things which I note was as I was exiting to return the vehicle around 10:06 p.m. I’ll call the in the a.m. about this concern.

MELVIN C | Overall ExperienceStaff was unprofessional very rude threatening the customer with police the very young girl was the sweetest the older ladies horrible attitude.my card was deactivated took me over a hour of calling u haul hours to try and get back in a nice gentleman finally let me in using his card my red lock put on unit because I paid the day after due date terrible I will never use storage with U-Haul ever again or recommend to others.
