The worst Uhaul experience I’ve ever encountered completely dissatisfied with the staff and management from getting the unit to making regular payments to getting it opened when keys were lost and just handling the grief of my father passing and having to go through his things the staff was untrained to do most tasks were very disrespectful on multiple occasions from multiple staff members the manager just plain stopped communicating with me and refused to handle any of my issues despite me complaining multiple times corporate was no better and had no ability to assist me overall the units and areas were clean and well kept but I won’t ever be spending money nor recommending that location to anyone to do business with. They did the bare minimum secure my dads things and for that at least I am grateful.
