I was offered a quick and easy way to lock down a storage unit on line and I accepted that process and used my payment card to pay for it. The Northfield location offered one free month, and not once after repeated contact with them did they acknowledge that I made my payment on line although they continued to tell me that my payment was returned to my debit card account.

I moved out of state and when I returned to retrieve my belongings, everything was just as I left it. Everyone at the facility is friendly and polite. They are helpful and professional. It's a super clean facility, the restrooms are well cleaned. The facility is kept in very good condition. The general manager and his team clearly care about their work.
