MELVIN C | Overall ExperienceStaff was unprofessional very rude threatening the customer with police the very young girl was the sweetest the older ladies horrible attitude.my card was deactivated took me over a hour of calling u haul hours to try and get back in a nice gentleman finally let me in using his card my red lock put on unit because I paid the day after due date terrible I will never use storage with U-Haul ever again or recommend to others.
teresa j | Overall ExperienceThe after hour swipe card they give you doesn't work to get in. A couple of the staff members was nasty and not very helpful at all. The place was nice and ckean when I can get in only during store open hours.

Deborah G | Overall ExperienceI was pleased with the location and ease of access to the unit that I rented. Most of the employees were helpful and friendly. As far was checking out of my unit the young lady who did help me just seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. She was slow in her actions and just wasn’t very helpful. There was an older lady who was walking around the facility who was very helpful, this location needs more people like her. Some of them working on the desk need training in customer care
Tyrone R | Overall ExperienceI originally rented a space and later knew I needed a larger one. I called to inquire about it and was told nothing could be done over the phone even though they had all of my information including payment info. When I went in, everything that was done could have easily been handled over the phone. I didn't sign anything and didn't need to show my credit card because my payment info was in the system. Also, while making my reservation online for the truck and storage, it said first month of storage was free with truck rental and gave me an October due date. In the store I was told that's not true, it's the second month. I wasn't prepared to pay upfront, which was the main reason I did the booking with the truck instead of another storage facility. I consider that to be false advertisement. Your online policy and store policy should be the same.
