The only problem is when the elevator was out for a solid month
ROBERT M | Overall ExperienceAll the staff was very nice very understanding and very compromising with me. I enjoyed being there. I didn’t feel like I was a bother or that I was ruining anybody’s day. It was such a great environment to be in and I had so much help during my whole process of moving and unloading. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anybody that is trying to move at a cheap rate with good quality equipment in my staff.

ANTHONY F | First ImpressionsWell my over all experience was really below average yet when the last incident occurred it was handled very professionally by Miss Mary she went above and beyond to insure that I was taken care of and none of my belongings were disturbed and got the app working correctly for me Miss Mary is the reason why I stayed with U-Haul for her outstanding job and calm me down when I was very angry and normally would lose my cool. I did not thanks to Miss Mary, she was understanding and very in tune with what needed to be done and for that I’m very grateful
