The only problem was online checkout for storage units. It did not get applied and when I called the person I spoke with did not even know you had online checkout.. I explained and she then found it. Someone had put two couches in my empty unit and she was going to charge me for that. Would not recommend online checkout for that reason. Otherwise good experience.

The facility was clean but I rented an upstairs a/c unit & the temp has been close to 100 degrees in the evening for several weeks which is why I said the facility was not well maintained. No one gave me a heads up or I would have moved the items susceptible to heat out.
