The Rock Rd. to the U-Haul facility or the rock parking lot needs to be taken care of when your truck hits that it messes up your storage. Their foot deep in some areas so the parking lot needs to be taken care of.

I did not like the extended location due to my safety because when I entered the code 2 guys pulled closely to my vehicle and was able to come in without using the code. 2. I was not given a lock to secure the storage space. With these complaints I understand that UHaul does not value its customers.
