I went into the page U-Haul on on in olivet and I ordered a storage unit 5x10x10 heated and a paid for it gave me an address to a location and I go to where the storage would be when I got there at the storage unit was occupied called in person answer the phone and said well we got another one around the corner I said well this is not heated storage and he said well there's no no he said it was heated the units don't have any heat in them so he gave me another one around the corner from the one that I was at and went over there and put my storage the things that I had in my trailer now because I I took the time to load it up I put it in there at that time and I'm now I'm calling back on page today to find out what went wrong

Luis M | Online Move InThe Rock Rd. to the U-Haul facility or the rock parking lot needs to be taken care of when your truck hits that it messes up your storage. Their foot deep in some areas so the parking lot needs to be taken care of.

I did not like the extended location due to my safety because when I entered the code 2 guys pulled closely to my vehicle and was able to come in without using the code. 2. I was not given a lock to secure the storage space. With these complaints I understand that UHaul does not value its customers.
