Was originally told would be refunded the leftover days. Wasn’t a big deal but got you a four. Everything else was excellent.

I did not have insurance on my unit so I lost quite a few things, but I can't thank u-haul enough for coming through and helping me move into a new unit. They went above and beyond. very thankful for that. I couldn't have done it without them. I was unable to move it myself. Thank you a million times for that! ❤️
Alexandra G | Overall ExperienceI lost over $20,000 worth of household items due to Uhaul not maintaining rodents and water was all in my unit as well. I have been a vip with Uhaul for years. Never missed a payment and always in and out. For this to happen in a couple of weeks of need not entering my unit was heartbreaking and not acceptable. The hours and labor I had to put into cleaning this out and transferring to another unit what I could salvage was just not ok in any way. I have spent thousands over the years with Uhaul for this to happen. I’m very unhappy with this entire situation. I am making a claim but if need to I will pursue further into court unless they rectify my loss appropriately. Kathy Jones 321-977-9974
