Have used this facility for a few years and have not really had an issue except rented a unit for one month and couldn't use the unit and lost the money for the rental due to issues with the lock but other than that it has always been friendly and clean

I do have an incident where I paid for a second unit thatI couldn't use and paid for a whole month but the lock was messed up and lost the $150 on the storage rental because the lock was broken a refund would be great on not being able to use the storage unit for that month thank you so much for your attention to the matter
