The staff was always friendly. I do have an incident where I paid for a second unit thatI couldn't use and paid for a whole month but the lock was messed up and lost the $150 on the storage rental because the lock was broken a refund would be great on not being able to use the storage unit for that month thank you so much for your attention to the matter

Use an unstaffed location for her freshman year with no problem but year 2. All her stuff was stolen. Staff wasn't helpful when dealing with that situation
