Had my storage unit for 25+ years, I was a decorator and needed a place to store items for my Events. I went from a small size to a medium size, then to a larger size as I kept accumulating more and more items that I could no longer store at home. John and Mindy as well as the prior employees before them have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Not happy with the pricing increases every single year, but that comes with the territory and not happy with a late fee being applied on the 3rd day after payment is due. I’ve probably had a late fee 3 times in my 25 + years but I feel as though it should be applied on the 5th day, if not paid only because of the amount of time that I’ve been doing business there, but the late fee applies to everyone for the same amount of days and not just me! Pleasure doing business with them!!
