Larry M | First ImpressionsWhen I arrived, I found that my code did not work. Never known instructions on how to use the keypad. You need to put your code in on the left side, and then the right side. Only the side door worked, not the sliding door. Also, I was supposed to have an outdoor accessible storage but mine was inside.

She walked me to my unit and even highlighted the directions on the map. I was shown exactly how the key card worked and the hours of operation were verbally communicated. As a bonus, I experienced Kristen's sense of humor and am very satisfied with the interaction we shared. The Pace Blvd location is the cleanest, most user friendly self storage I have ever rented from!
