I requested to move out of my unit, I was told a box was still in there so they couldn’t move me out but when requesting to move out the app shows that a cleanup fee will be charged if items are still in the unit. Which is fine. They instead charged me another month with late fees even though I told them over the phone before the next bill was due I am no longer in the state of Florida. My monthly bill for the last year and a half was always paid on time but now you guys are trying to charge me another month on top of fees because I requested to move out and only one box was left in the unit? I’ll be sure to let everyone I know about this and will never recommend U-Haul services to anyone.

I kept work items in the unit . I was changing work clothes for another job . The employee opened my door while I was changing shoes , put a blue lock on it . I was only allowed in twice a day for 30 minutes and lost a lot of money on early jobs , accused me of smoking in the building when there was no smell of smoke . Ridiculous!!!! I lost a lot of money. !!!!!
