Daniel and Sam, we’re so kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire moving experience from start to finish. From multiple truck and trailer rentals to storage unit and Dolly rentals, dealing with the unexpected passing of a loved one, falling and breaking my wrist in the process during the move out, their compassion and assistance made the experience possible, and so much less stressful to navigate. The latch on my storage unit seemed rather flimsy. It did make me feel a bit uncomfortable due to the value of the contents. But it was located inside of a secured building which was good.

Holden M | Overall ExperienceMy unit was on the outside of the building. When I moved out yesterday, I discovered there had been a leak from under the door. The water had gone 2 feet into my storage unit. Everything in this area was moldy and ruined, including the new bathroom vanity that I had bought to install into my bathroom we were remodeling, but was being stored in the unit until we were ready for it.. Also, several boxes of books were ruined and moldy as well as many other things. When I got to the back of the storage unit, there was a ton of mouse droppings. I'm assuming the mouse came in under the door seal where there must have been a gap. The sliding mechanism on the door (where you put a lock on it) was extremely hard to shut, like it wasn't aligned very well. Outside units need updating!

The pass code access was hard to see west facing when checking in or out at times of day. As we moved out a service technician was working on security system. Good job on addressing problems.
