The only negative is that the U-Haul company monthly unit prices way exceed any other facility in town. They would do so much better to just lower their prices to the competitive rates in this area and then they would be full. The recent 1st month free was a terrific idea to get people in. However, we moved out the second month due to the pricing alone. Everything else in this facility was terrific.! The manager was especially impressive. Casey! Thank you for helping us when we moved in and moving out. We felt like you were the best host. You really understand what it means to provide optimal customer service.!! Except for the pricing, we would be happy to recommend the U-Haul facility in Pocatello.

Tierra R | Overall Experiencei couldn't be more pleased, including with the price (in California, i'm paying 3x as much for twice the space - at Public Storqge, but U-Haul is no less expensive here). The storage facility is well lit, clean, accessible, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. My only suggestion might be 4 bathrooms instead of two. if one is occupied, the other is a hike in such a large building!
