Angel B | First ImpressionsThe storage facility advertised 24-hour access. We were there with the moving truck to get into our storage unit at 9:30 PM. A sign says the office hours are until 10:00 p.m., there was no one there at 9:30 p.m. I ran my key card a number of times and it said denied. The moving truck and the employees and I had to come back the next morning to clean out my storage unit. I was supposed to be on the road to Louisiana 5/13/25 in the morning and I had to delay my trip one day. I was very unhappy and I told the manager about it and he said "I don't know what happened" and he didn't seem to care. Sincerely, Robert Ford, unit #1903.
