Alan L | Overall ExperienceI live a couple of hundred yards from the facility so it was convenient for me. I've used your trailer rental services several times in the past couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised to find a free disc lock in the unit when I opened the door. The staff is new to me, but they were very friendly and helpful as if I knew them for years. The lady doing maintenance showed me how to keep the auto closing door open so I didn't have to keep swiping my card when moving several cart loads of items. Overall I'm very happy with the facility.
