I had a great experience at this U-Haul location. Everything worked out perfect for me. The only thing I could complain abut was that the restroom on the first level was out of order two separate times over the nearly 3 months that I had the storage unit. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the service and the storage unit that was offered was the most convenient unit because it was located right next to the roll up door and I was happy about that as I had to move a good friends belongings by myself -so anything that made it easier was a great thing!

Santana L | Overall ExperienceWhen I showed up for the return of the U-HAUL YOUR DESK HELP WAS NOT VERY NICE I EVEN GOT LOCKED IN BECAUSE THE DOOR WOULDN'T OPEN FOR ME SO IT MADE MY DEPRESSION COME OUT AND SCRAYED ME THEN I SAW A WORKER HE HELPED ME GET OUT THE MAN SAID THEY BEEN TRYING TO FIXED IT. NOT COOL HAD TO SEE MY DOCTOR'S.

There in no elevator to the second floor and they could not state there would always be a cart available upstairs. Are you kidding me!!! And staff clearly do not walk around checking or they would never have billed me for a second month as I never even went in the building. I found another place closer
