I was told until after I moved everything out that I should have given a 30 days notice and wouldn’t be receiving my deposit back. It would be nice for customers to know check- out/cancellation policy ahead of time.

Chase J. | Overall ExperienceMost of the facility was clean. The unit itself was the main issue. When we first entered the unit, the floors did not appear cleaned. This included what appeared to be pieces of old firecrackers, likely from a prior tenant. That was really my only complaint. Great experience overall!
Derek W. | Overall ExperienceThe slope to the unit was steep on the "hillside". Made it difficult to unload and load items. There was a crack in the cement in the back wall in the unit that allowed water to seep in and cause mold in our items. We did not pay $130 a month for the mold. I sent two emails with complaint and got no response. Steep slope was not declared before visited the site. If had known the hillside slope was that much of an angle prior to renting from out of state, I would not have rented the 10x25, #182 unit.
