The access hours are supposed to be until 10 PM but when we got there at 7pm we were told by Avery that she needs to KICK US OUT as soon as they are ready to leave. This was because the “doors weren’t working” even though we got in by checking in at the gate and doors opened for us with no issues. Here is how this could have been a better experience: 1) add a note on your website under the store if there are issues. What if I had movers with me? 2) Identify the training gaps and train your employees. You should add how to phrase what you say to customers in your training curriculum. What matters is how you say it not what you say. Your other south austin location is even WORSE.

Ismael F. | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit suffered not one but two leaks due to an air conditioning unit that leaked on my stored goods. On site personnel should have moved my goods to a unit that was out of harms way but that didn't happen. While I was reimbursed partially for the damaged goods, more could have been done. I will not be using UHAUL in the future and would not recommend them to any friends or family.

But the Mexican American gentleman was not helpful at all. He would stop and send a text message before he would help you and not friendly at all.
