When a person pay for 24 hour key to get and the gate it should work with no problem.. That was my problem I had will U-Haul. Office hours should be to 8 pm. That was my only problem. Office hours and 24 hour gate KEY not working 24 Hours like it should

They sold my stuff on the 31 an on here my move out date is 02/1/2026 so. Disappointed an my mothers urn was in their no warning that my stuff was gonna get sold an I came up there to pay the bill an latino guy an blk woman were so unprofessional.

That's not good.. Someone could come in and cut those locks on people's storage and steal their merchandise. That needs to be fixed immediately...Make it a top priority
