Staff rude , don’t listen, disorganized, long wait. Trash in entry. To be fair rest of facility is clean and climate controlled. I like the security and style of storage units feels safe. Used to be a great place , honestly just needs better staff and could get back in shape. Parking lot a crowded mess.

Type thing at unsafe speed through the parking lot. Trucks are all over. The same bag of trash was there for two days on the floor in entrance . They talk about the person they just helped behind their back as soon as they walk away..
