My discrepancies involved lack of snow removal, icy parking/loading area, garage door inaccessible/inoperable - only side door not meant for easily accessing larger items, no onsite bathroom or elevator to access upper level, 2 uneven drops/very large gaps at loading area- thus cart would not push over gaps without being lifted &/or tipping off stacked items, personal unit overhead door would not remain up and would continuously fall down partial way unless propped up, and price and location were initially misleading and not honored. However, staff were extremely helpful and understanding. They took the time to look into my concerns. Staff was fair, reasonable, and accommodating. The only issue with staff I had was being provided with misleading/improper information at time of set-up. My understanding is this individual was only employed a short-time period. All additional staff I corresponded with throughout my storage duration were terrific.

For a non-temperature controlled storage unit, this was a decent find. I experienced frogs, spiders and mice. 3/5 Customer service was great and everyone easy to communicate with. 5/5
