The storage facility and employees are fabulous The Uhaul truck rental and storage unit rental were horrible. I explained to the Uhaul rep when placing my order that I’m from MI moving my son who’s in FL and hour away. He was in a motorcycle accident. I explained to her what he had at his apartment to pack up and I relied on her for the correct Uhaul truck and storage. Well picking up the truck was a disaster. The truck was too small and I had to make two trips which were 1 hour each way. The storage unit was too small causing me to contact Uhaul storage at 10p to get another unit. The app was not working again when arriving to the storage unit causing frustration to obtain the instructions and code. I had spent lots of money and time with Uhaul. You will be able to see all of my phone calls and texts.
