The U-Haul storage facility was very clean. The staff very helpful. My only concerns are that it is a huge facility and I was always cautious about being in the facility by myself. I never had any issues. It is just kind of creepy when you hear things and then somebody rides by you on a bicycle inside the storage facility. If they need to rises, I would use thefacility again. I would just want to have a unit closer to an exit or the elevators. I would feel a little bit more secure and safe.

Michael F | First ImpressionsT Wonderful staff, clean restrooms and sharing space. The storage building is converted from an old hospital. Great re-use of a building! You can even see the original stained glass window from what was probably the chapel. A bit of a spooky vibe after dark though! We fit 4 carts at a time in the gurney-sized elevator so that is a plus. There are always plenty if carts. The upstairs carpeting needs to be replaced in a few spots after the superbad storms in the winter of 22-23 caused some damage. Nobody's fault!

edgar e | First ImpressionsThe unit I occupied was infested by vermin. I called and left a complaint and filed a claim because the furniture in my unit was destroyed in its entirety. I had trouble getting a hold of someone to file the initial claim and it took days for the manager to reach out. I still have yet to be contacted about the claim for the damage which was filed almost a week ago. I have used other U-Haul facilities in the past and never had an issue. Sorely disappointed with the way the company has treated the issue thus far. Would go out of my way to recommend to others they not use this particular facility.
