The gate card does not work the first time. U have your swipe it many times until it lets u in or out! The doors are heavy and u really have to have strength to lift it. Other than the facility, the people are excellent!

Arthur S | First ImpressionsVery expensive for the amount of storage one gets. I found a new storage unit elsewhere twice the spice for less than $100/month. And then the staff are over half the time rude? Almost feels like getting ripped off here. Otherwise the unit itself was fairly clean and the place is fairly secure. The roads were always full of nuts and bolts, debris and things of the like. Always seemed like several blocks away there were employees in the office but at the actual storage facility itself nobody was ever there.

You have someone you DON'T want to lose! This woman (Mgr.) is so devoted to U-Haul ... You also have 2 other employees, a Hispanic female & a black male that were both working !this past Tuesday.... Diamonds in the rough! I would make sure I didn't lose them either! Bravo to U-Haul for knowing how to hire!! You did exceptional at this location!
