they would not do anything about the water leaking intoy unit or the rats i had to throw awy almost every thing plus the insuranse company would never contact back to do a claim.also the onsite mamager always talked about me to a friend whom never rented there not knowing that they were people i know they also gave me a hard time about going threough my belongings so i could not assess my losses to file a proper claim if they bothered to call me back .i lost almost every thing i. stored with them the water damage and rat damage i told them numerous times rheu did nothing in two years not to mmention trash piled up by trash can right across my unit and the bathrooms were masty also they added a camera just on to facing my unit all the sudden they never harrassed the tenent just a few units down whom patied all day m had traffic in n out every day . im very unhappy i am trying to locate an attorney to get some kind of compensation for the trama from them talking and lying to my froends about me when im already a mental health patient and then attacting me verbally and this is a terrible place

I was within days of my belongings being auctioned and i was so heartbroken and out of options. Jennifer didn't have to help me save my belongings, she didn't have to offer me a settlement, and she didn't have to go the extra mile to check in with me daily to get updates on if I was going to be able to stop the auction. She doesn't want to see anyone lose their stuff, after all, she might be an employee to uhaul, but she is also a customer too. I would like to thank her, from the bottom of my heart, for tolerating my tenancy, which she didn't have to do and she did. For helping me save my belongings. And for just being a manager who does care about other people and not just themselves. She deserves a vacation or a spa day, at the very least. Thank you Jennifer!
Sarah L | Overall ExperienceI said yes to the secure and well lit part but I have to admit though, one of our units in the far back of the storage facility was broken into and they did hit us pretty hard for a lot of our everyday tools and some of our personal belongings which we still havent quite recovered from. But all in all the staff are very kind folks, very reasonable and they do monitor the property with surveillance and drive about the property during the times they should. It's just the back fence is only chain link and that's where they got us, I believe they are starting to render the situation with the fence and improve it to a iron fence which will make this place super secure and the prices aren't bad. Thank you for everything and we will hope to use you again and I would recommend anyone to store here if needed. Good overall experience
