The only issue i have is that i cancelled this several months ago. I was sure something was gonna get screwed up because the place amelled like weed. From other customers or staff i dont know. And it doesnt really matter to me but n it just felt like maybe somebody wasnt crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's.

The monthly rent is way too high for what you get. Starting monthly rent is around $115-$200 a month. You MUST pay a premium on top of your monthly rent payment to get access to your stuff 24/7 after business hours. Most people need this due to their own work schedule and U-HAUL takes advantage of this. They will charge you a pro-rate before moving into your unit, but don’t pro rate a refund to you for moving out early. The staff is not trained well and it feels like they don’t care about you. It feels like a sub-par service from the minute a customer walks in the door. I should of shopped around.
