CHADWICK D | Overall ExperienceI called the office at around 4:30 pm . A guy answers the phone and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions. He also said I could go that day and rent a storage unit.I made it to the office 2 minutes before the office was scheduled to close for the day . The office staff and manger were nice enough to help me right at closing time . I appreciate the fact that they stayed a few minutes late . I would have been in a real bind had I not been able to rent my storage that day ! Thank you !

Joesphine J | First ImpressionsMy frustration with all of this is that before I picked up my U-Haul in Elyria Ohio I informed the sales person that my destination had changed from Colorado city Texas to San Antonio Texas. Tell me why U-haul is charging me over $700.00 as a wrong drop off mileage difference. It was only 100 miles difference. On top of that, why didn’t the Elyria Ohio location update my new drop off location before I left? The only thing they updated was my current address. They updated my destination address to San Antonio but not my drop off location to San Antonio. That makes no sense and furthermore, I had to call around for the drop off location because Elyria gave me a number to call when I got to San Antonio because they were saying that there were no drop off locations close to my destination popping up for Spencer in the computer and I would have to call the 1-800 number he gave me in order to get a drop off location in San Antonio Texas .
