IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO/FOR U-HAUL, VERSUS OPPORTUNISM LIKE AIRLINES CHARGING EXTRA "FEES" FOR FAMILY MEMBERS TO SIT TOGETHER. I'M PLANNING TO CHANGE STORAGE COMPANIES AND STOP USING THIS U-HAUL.
FERMILIANO F | First ImpressionsWe closed out one storage unit and opened another one. We went in to pay for the Month of September. The clerk behind the desk told us the amount to pay. It was above the payment that we had been paying on the other unit even though they are the same size. We were inquiring as to why it was higher form the previous unit and because of the large advertisement outside stating that the unit was priced at 149.99. The clerk was extremely rude and inpatient. She told us that "she did not care and that she was hot and that she only got paid $14 an hour." My mother who is 80 years old and I were both hot from moving out the storage unit and we did not appreciate her disrespect, rudeness and unprofessional behavior. She walked away with an attitude and another coworker came over and completed our transaction. She was helpful. I am still in shock at the total disrespect shown by this woman. I needed to bring this to your attention so that she can learn better customer skills and that because she is unhappy in her job that she does not need to take it out on paying and loyal customers.

Sonny S | Overall ExperienceThe reason for picking the San Pedro location was because it was open on Sunday which was very convenient for my return and it have a storage facility which was perfect because other wise I would have had to off load at home then bring back the trailer. Rosemary and the rest of the customer service representatives is very friendly and helpful which made for a smooth day after driving from Greenville, SC. This location also have everything one might need for general towing requirements.
