⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding U-Haul Experience — Special Thanks to John B. Our experience with U-Haul was exceptional from beginning to end! We rented a 20-foot moving truck along with a car hauler for our interstate relocation to the great state of Texas, and we could not have been more pleased with the equipment or the service we received. The truck had only 800 miles on it when we began our journey, and both the truck and car hauler performed flawlessly throughout the trip. Knowing that our equipment was dependable gave us tremendous peace of mind, and the car hauler provided an excellent level of confidence while towing our vehicle across multiple states. A very special thank-you goes to John B., our point of contact for returning the truck and trailer. John went above and beyond by assisting us with renting a 20-by-10-foot storage unit, returning the car hauler after it was unloaded, and ultimately completing the truck return. His skill and confidence in handling the truck and trailer from the very beginning were exemplary and immediately put us at ease. What truly made this experience stand out was John’s professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help. Benny V | First ImpressionsI fell behind on my payments after paying on 2 storage room since 2018 due to medical hardship. The store told called me and offered for me to pay a certain amount and I could all my things out. The manager told me I had Saturday, Sunday and Monday to remove my things. On Saturday the clerk told me I only had until 5 pm Sunday, and I told her the manager gave me until Monday since I was not going to have help until Monday morning. She said yes, I had until 8 AM Monday. I said that not what I was told. Rudely she said that I would have leave what I couldn't take on Sunday. I did my best. On Monday around noon I get a call telling me that I had until that afternoon. I already had canceled the movers for that day! I proceeded to move what i could on my own. They told me I had until 7 PM that day. I did my best. The next morning they called me at 11 AM that I had until that evening and that I was to leave what I couldn't take. Iwent back and emptied the rest of the large unit. I took some things out of the other unit, but had to leave large items since I didn't have time to return. And I thought that was it. They called me again on Wednesday! It would have been so much easier if they would have said you have until Wednesday. Or would have stuck with the original agreement, I would have had the help as scheduled. I am greatful for them to give me the opportunity to get my belongings out out, but their method of several people saying different things, just didn't cut it. After I signed the abandonment paperwork and got a receipt, now they are charging me an outrageous amount!
