Dawn S | First ImpressionsI had a storage unit there for 2 1/2 years. Rarely late on payment (only when my cards changed and I somehow missed updating this one.) Every time I went in there was a problem with the doors/gates. I asked for (on multiple occasions) a card to swipe into the building and a remote for the gate. EVERY interaction I had with the staff here was bad. They are rude, dismissive of any issues, and act like any questions are a personal attack on them. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. The attitudes are so bad I canceled my unit over drama trying to get a truck I reserved. It’s sad that I have used U-Haul for so much, but they will never get another dime from me.

I had to throw 3 pairs of boots, a 13 gallon bag of beautiful scares because the rats decided to urinate and poop on all over my scarves, and then there was a dead big rat among.my things. I was so disgusted that my property was invaded by rats. If I would have known that Uhaul had a rat infestation, I would have never stored my things there. I paid my rent but now that I had to file a claim for my damaged items it. seems to be a problem. The information that I told the sore manager was not turned in,she gave very little information on my claim she filed.She did not report all that I told.I have 2 recliners that needs cleani9ng and a love seat, I had almost ten boxes of clothes that were invaded by the rats. I have 2 recliners and a love seat sofa need professional cleaning, and as I go through my clothes, I have to wash them and I had to throw away a 13 gallon bag of my beautiful scarves. My experience with my property damaged by a rat infestation with urine and rat poop. I lost property and I have property that still needs cleaning. If I had known, I would have never stored my things there.
