auda d | First ImpressionsI got the storage unit and thought it had air and heat when I went to get my stuff out of the storage my furniture was mildewed and the rats had chewed up some of my stuff,,on top of all this I never could put my own Lock on it because the gate was not level had to use their key and lock on it and for the service I got I was being charged 144.00 a month for the storage,, I might as well had put my stuff outside,, it was inside but hot in there I'll never use this facility again,, the girl was rude when I came to move my stuff didn't check anything just started saying I had to pay because I was late had to tell her I was taking my stuff out of the storage unit and I wasn't going to pay use to be lots better when I used it before don't want to cause trouble so I didn't say anything but I think I should get a refund on some of the money I paid???

Do I said inside outside you with here and can help then he said he helps who wants and f___ this and walked out. Manger was sitting right there and then when o asked the manager his name she just looked at me eyes glossed over and said nothing. Y’all need to work on customer service skills
