Way to expensive
TAWNYA M | Overall ExperienceI understand how business works, but as a client I also understand that you are always raising the price of my storage space periodically when we agreed on a set price in the beginning to be very untasteful. You knew I couldn’t clean out my space since it took me so long to move everything in. So NO I will not be recommending U-haul to anyone I know.
DAVID B | First ImpressionsWe had a house fire. I got the storage to begin moving salvageable items once cleared from Allstate. When they finally cleared me, they would not reimburse for the storage because they had hired a company to clean, salvage and store. So 28 days, nothing in the storage unit. Cancelled the unit. $200+ short. Not U-Hauls fault. They did great.

It was only 5 blocks away. The move went very well. Also, U Haul contacted my son after I left my phone in the bathroom. Their service was above and beyond. Thank you U Haul!

When Kyle walked me through on-line move in text for electronic signature he successfully helped me in providing or including others to have access to storage since I am not in Soldotna. Dorian Traylor and Alison Bucy have access when they come to U-Haul location in Soldotna to place my belongings in it. Please recognize his awesome help through this!
CLARA I | First ImpressionsMy only drawback was that the particular unit I had was limited by door size to receive light inside so we had to use our phones for light occasionally. Other than that what a blessing they were!
