They were so good to me and helpful in Southaven Ms on Pepperchase. I live 3 hrs away and when i had my identity stolen and no money, they worked with me so I wouldnt loose my family's things we had stored. This made what was already a bad situation much easy not having to worry about loosing pic etc of mu children amd keepsakes! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store
