Andrew A | First ImpressionsI had several changes and problems with my reservation that were not cause by me as the customer. The local managers did not resolve the problem and did not provide customer satisfaction. The The local manager would not honor the $109 price per month that I have in my email she stated that her location price is higher and told me that I will have to pay a cost of $139 per month. In summary, as a customer I was never told or contacted that I would have to pay a higher price. I was told by managers that I had to drop back off at this location but was never told that I would be charged a different storage rate at a higher cost. As a loyal and repeat customer , I feel due to management failed to communicate this higher amount of cost to me, I feel that satisfying the customer and doing what is right is not the manager’s goal. The manager showed me as a customer that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I am requesting someone from the corporate office to contact me as soon as possible and resolve this matter and change my rate of monthly storage payment to $109 as I was originally told.
