I went to check into my unit at about 9p.m the "second" floor was just a stairway platform with no elevator, I am 24 weeks pregnant. That wasn't gonna work out. The lights did not turn on when I got up there, I had to use a flashlight. The fact there's a crack in every single door big enough that you can look in was not okay. If I'm paying you for storage, privacy and security are in two huge factors.. and then I went to go put the complimentary lock on the door when I left, and the holes didn't even line up enough to be able to use the lock whatsoever.. The following day I went into the store to discuss my experience with the employees, and sat in there about 15 minutes while six or seven other people lined up behind me with no employee to be seen. terrible service and terrible operations all together.
