They noticed my unit was empty the morning after my roommate got the last of their stuff out, & called to save me a trip down there to close it out. Anytime I was there & needing help, like having them use the forklift to move the loaded “elevator” down, they were pleasant to deal with. I got this unit free for having rented a truck too. Highly recommend!
