My biggest issue is the supposed move out experience on the app. I thought I had gone through all the steps but the app was not easy to use. It was cumbersome. I thought I’d moved out only to find out I was stoop active in the account. If I had not called I would have been charged for another month.

SHAFIK M | Overall ExperienceThe process of renting was smooth. My rating is about the onsite staff. I was supposed to receive a lock with my rental. There wasn’t one in my unit so when I called an individual answered then put me on hold for over an hour. I then disconnected call and called back again got Liliana from the centralized customer service. They then put her on hold and disconnected with her. She called the number for manager of site got no answer but left a message. Never received a call back and had to leave my unit over night unsecured. Had to go purchase my own lock and still haven’t heard from anyone at the site

richard s | Overall ExperienceEverything was good. Only complaint I have is that the bigger storage rooms are located with stair usage and no elevator access which makes it difficult to store items. A ramp would be more ideal than stairs
