Robert H | Overall ExperienceThis facility offers terrible customer service and even worse storage conditions. I had to leave u-haul as there was a hole in the exterior wall allowing rats to infest my unit. I paid for climate a climate controlled unit yet it was well above 85 degrees every single time I went to my unit. U-haul refused to offer any monetary reimbursement for loss of items due to their poor maintenance. I cancelled my unit and had my stuff out within hours. I was told I had another 3 days left that I had paid for. Once I cancelled, they also cancelled my access back into the gate. Horrendous storage facility!
