Needed assistance when moving in and the associate never came when I called with the button. The unit is VERY DARK with no light in it, will be speaking about moving to a different one as a 10x15 would NOT be shoved in a corner!

james c | Overall ExperienceI have two units the first one was not what I was promised, I reserved a lower floor in climate controlled and when I got there to unload it was taken and I had paid for it. But for the second one they were more careful to get me what I needed . I am a 78 year old lady and unable to load or unload things so must pay people to stand by as I am paying them by the hour. The young man was very helpful this time and I got what I needed on a lower floor and he helped me with doors and locks.

It’s been over a year and now the cost has increased. I’m not working. If I couldn’t pay it then what makes you think I can pay it now . But my overall experience the place was very clean , very nice people . I’ve never been in this situation before so I do apologize.

JAMES G | Overall ExperienceTwo weeks prior to my move I discussed with a lady at the location and advised of my plans to vacate my storage unit and told her the date. She indicated it was a day or two past when payment was due and would not charge me. I was then charged and I vacated the day I committed too. I would have vacated prior to the date had I known. I was ripped off and promise not kept. Seems every time I deal with Uhaul something like this happens. Fortunately the rest of the move went well.
