I had no issue with U-HAUL at all since I started using its storage in 2023.

Then after calling to straighten it out it was still messed up and I received late notices etc. My payment was Sept 10. I closed my locker on September 20th and did not receive any refund. Yet there was a couple inquiring and rented said locker. Double dipping???

I was on a bit of a hill unloading the trailer I rented from you. One of your staff came over and helped me push the cart up the hill to the door.
