Very clean facility, well lit and always felt safe when using. Staff were friendly. One thing I would point out for review, I called the office and also walked in and spoke directly to someone about our departure. Was told everything would need to be removed February 28th to avoid March 1st billing. We did, luckily the rental unit we were moving into was vacant but did incur an additional days rent. On the 28th, when we notified the office on site that our unit was vacant she said we had until March 3rd. That misinformation was costly and unnecessary for us and should be addressed.

Then after calling to straighten it out it was still messed up and I received late notices etc. My payment was Sept 10. I closed my locker on September 20th and did not receive any refund. Yet there was a couple inquiring and rented said locker. Double dipping???

I would recommend caution to anyone considering storing their belongings at this facility, as the fluctuating fees maybe a cause of concern .
