FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! They didn't have the vehicle or the size storage unit that I reserved!!!!! I was told these things would be available if I needed to move before my actual reservation date, (which I did end up having to do). When I called to tell of the new date, the person that made the original reservation for me (Stephanie) remembered our call and told me that the vehicle and the size of storage space that were reserved for me were available. (BTW- when I called and made the reservation, I asked her if she was at the location that I was calling about and she said yes.) When I got to the moving & storage location to pickup the van, Stephanie was not there and I was told that neither the vehicle nor the size space that I had reserved were available. I had to move on that day I went to get the vehicle. I ended up having to pay for a larger storage unit, (as the vehicle was the same price). Even the person taking my data for the vehicle and storage said that this shouldn't have happened. But, being in the situation I was in., U-HAUL was able to get over on me!!!! Because my 1st month of storage is free (as I rented the vehicle), and I have no place else to store my belongings right now. I am leaving it there. But I am looking to move it as soon as a smaller unit becomes available elsewhere. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!
