Day one I arrive to start using the unit. I have a load with me but needed to go home to grab my lock. Seeing that I’m pregnant, I found it would be easier to drop off this first load, go home to pack my car up again and grab a lock. A few hours go by and I come back to find all my stuff next to the Dollie’s up front, not in my unit but unsecured and exposed for all to grab. With the amount of items I had already moved there’s no way for me to be certain nothing had been taken from the pile. I was very disappointed with the way my items were treated. Especially considering we’ve rented a trailer a truck and this storage unit in the last week.
