Odell C | Overall ExperienceFront desk staff were incredibly friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, and I appreciated the staff showing us how to work the elevator. The 5 stars are for them alone. However, the building’s stairs are incredibly narrow and steep, with incredibly low ceilings for anyone over 5ft5. The floorboards on the upper floors are uneven and stripped in some places, showing the original rough floorboards. Walking is unsteady and carts catch.
LEAH F | First ImpressionsMoving out was an incredibly frustrating experience. The elevator had limited hours, and even when it was available, it felt like a free-for-all just to get your belongings on it. The whole process seemed unorganized, and it added a lot of unnecessary stress. On top of that, the staff threatened to call the police on me simply because I was 15 minutes late to pick up a truck—even though I walked into the store one minute before closing. Instead of offering a solution or telling me I could check out from my phone, they chose to argue with me. It didn’t stop there. When I went to another location to get a truck, they didn’t have the keys for my reservation. I ended up having to buy a phone charger just to complete the check-in process. After returning the truck, I asked the staff to charge a different card, but they charged the wrong card twice and insisted it was my fault, even though I was very clear multiple times about wanting to switch payment methods. That issue was never resolved, and when I reached out to the general manager, I never received a response. The $40 card return fee also feels like a money grab—especially since the employee snapped the card in half as soon as I handed it over. Overall, I would not recommend this location.
