Weren't organized and short staffed
JERUSALEM o | First ImpressionsI'm sure the facility access hours are convenient for some but I work during the day and that didn't give me a very long period of time that I was able to access the facility. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated getting my first the free and getting a lock from them. Thank you.

BUT, You were increasing my rent almost every month!! $163 for an inside unit, up a flight of stairs!? What a rip-off!! I paid my rent every month, and I was a good customer.
