The office was closed when we arrived so there was no one to talk to. Our instructions were given by Bree when we were at the South Detroit Ave. location.
Denise M | First ImpressionsMy move out day was not 3/24/25. It was 3/19/25. The date is incorrect. The facility took too long to close out the account. I even called customer service to find out why. Communication to the office in this location is non existent. I have to literally go there in person to speak to a representative.

Ericka M | Overall ExperienceThere were no personnel on site anymore. Issues had to be resolved at the other distribution site for rental equipment. The storage facilities were neat and clean. However, they are expensive, and the price continues to increase.
Steve V | Overall ExperienceIt was not communicated at all that the storage facility on Byrne has no on-site staff. This is likely a corporate thing. Also, it would be helpful to communicate the termination procedure with the initial lease, most notably the requirement for 3 pictures. I had to make an extra trip for this. The facility itself is very good though.

I don't have time to do anything online, it had to be in person. She gave us the wrong address and where to meet. But the lady who helped us was very helpful and supportive
