I had storage on behalf of my son. He didn't keep up with payments. Subsequently it was being prepared for auction. UHaul provided ample opportunities to rectify the situation and allowed myself to settle the account and let my son vacate the unit within 48 hours.

I was billed the 13th for my storage unit, cleaned it out the 14th and you guys refused to give me my pro -rated rent back telling me because I only rented the unit a month I don't get a refund. So the year and half before that I rented a smaller unit, I had only UPGRADED a month ago to a larger unit, yet that doesn't matter. Disgusting place of business. I will never ever return as a customer for storage or moving trucks!!!!!!!
