All the faculty people were nice to me except I came back after 4 month and one lady said something to management and lied on me and said I was smoking in the bathroom that I have never did if I wanted to smoke a cigarette I will always smoke out in front in front of the cameras she said I was the only one there that morning and it smelled like smoke in the restroom she had me crying and very hurt and I've been there for a year and 2 months and then this happened to me but I would recommend other people I just didn't appreciate one employee lying on me I didn't find out until I came back one day and my key wasn't working so I had to go to the front and they said that she said that I was smoking in the bathroom on that Tuesday that's why they had to lock my key like that and she had a little comment one day when I left the alarms always go off like that I thought she was just being funny or trying to make conversation cuz she was talking to me and my dude like that all the time I just hope this doesn't happen in the future with another client I have never had anything go wrong at this location until this lady that was acting like she was housekeeping or like she was working but in reality she was trying to get me in trouble for no reason I really enjoyed having the storage as long as I did and I had no problems until I came back with just one specific lady but I went ahead and got me another storage somewhere else because I didn't want to do with somebody keep on lying on me so my daughter just help me go ahead and put myself in a bigger storage somewhere else thank you for all you guys have done

I had multiple issues with this storage company . The customer service was always horrible and complaining about it didn’t make it any better, because the general manager himself was overly rude. I had issues with my storage due to damage from a storage next to me and this company did not care nor cared to replace items. On the day that I came to empty my storage i was locked out and was expected to call a locksmith for a lock they replaced my original lock with. I genuinely mean this when i say, i will never recommend anyone to this storage facility, especially if you’re already going through hard times, because this shady place and its people will not only stress you out, but make a difficult time even worse.
