First problem was I reserved a large storage unit and received two small units side by side with a wall splitting them...not easy to utilize when I had a bunch of furniture I was coming back with...then the guy left us sitting in the heat at the unit while he went to go check if he had another unit for an hour after I explained to him we were in a hurry because we needed to check out of our hotel and had pets there...he said he would be right back...never came back. We ended up unloading our uhaul into those two units that were full of leaves and debris with no room to bring my furniture the following week. When we went back inside to turn in the truck him and his coworker were sitting there chopping it up and I said "did u forget about us or what it's been over an hour" and the guy said "oh im sorry I thought my co worker went and talked to you" which he never did. I told him it was to late now we unloaded into those units and there's no room for our furniture to fit in a split unit like that so we would be stuck paying for another unit. He claimed he made a note to give us the following month free...if he did or not I wouldn't know because he gave me nothing stating that or if that would even for sure be allowed. Needless to say we did not rent another unit... we came back and got all of our stuff out of the split units and went somewhere else. This location really dropped the ball during this whole uhaul experience from the truck rental to the storage... The workers would rather tell you to go rent from another location rather then do their job correctly which is a shame as far as customer service is concerned. It's a big thumbs down for me... we and all my friends will be using penske trucks from now on.
