Rae K | Overall ExperienceThis store was AMAZING, Daniel first moved me in and was super helpful when helping me determine what size I needed for my storage and made sure the unit was cleaned and that my card worked so I could get in without trouble. When I came back to purchase moving supplies Hernando the General Manager was also really helpful, he helped me with choosing what boxes I needed and what I needed for my move. I would absolutely come back to this store just for the customer service alone
JIZELLE U | Overall ExperienceSuper convenient to unload the truck in the storage unit and return the U-Haul all in the same place. I didn’t appreciate when the employee told me he couldn’t return the truck I rented without charging me $20 so I had to use the app but other than that it’s a great facility with reasonable rates
