This is a great facility, except for one huge thing that I was not told about until after I was assigned a unit on the 2nd floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR HERE. Say that again.., no elevator? That's not possible.... Oh, but yes it is. There is no elevator. I have to take my things up stairs, no elevator... I've never experienced anything like this, why is there no elevator?

Easy rental process and they had an option to have two movers help which got the job done a lot quicker

Manager was absent when we agreed to meet. The phone was NEVER answered. Because of circumstances, I was able to remove the last of my things til this week. These were inside, climate controlled units. I will never use U-Haul again , nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
