OPHELIA B | Overall ExperienceThe store representatives were patient and helpful. We had a few issues, but were able to get them resolved. A major con for this location is that it doesn't have an elevator.
RAVEN R | First ImpressionsTried to charge me extra, more than the accepted price online. Forced me to float the extra money until THEY could decide to accept the price in the contract. Said they'd resolve the issue within a day and never called back. I had to stay on them to get the issue resolve. Just terrible customer service and honestly unethical. Location had transients walking through the location continuously. Many of my friends and family commented on the lack of security. The inside was clean at least.
Luke M | Overall ExperienceIt was a problem that I wasn’t able to access my storage unit past the office hours. Not everyone has a job to where they are available during the day. Which I had to pay for another month of storage due to not being able to get my stuff moved into new place of residence. My stuff was moved out on the 11th but was still charged for another month. My rent was due on the 11th but due to not being able to get remaining items out of storage on the 10th because could not access unit after 7pm. Also called the after hours number and no one would answer! Also didn’t like that a lock was put on the door and a late fee charged on the day of due date.

charles s | First ImpressionsNot bad aside from the security. Having mesh ceiling and drywall walls made it super easy for some less than human garbage to steal everything I had entrusted in what was supposed to be a secure facility. Staff members were nice tho.
