These folks helped me out during a challenging time in my life. If I had my way I would still have a storage unit because everything is very secure and easy highway access for quick runs to the storage unit without being tied up in traffic most of the time. Overall I would give them a ten Star rating if it were an option for Google. Trust me when I say these folks always help every customer like they were their own grandparents.

ANTHONY J | Overall ExperienceReceived wrong information, my card was ran multiple times after I let it be known that I was moved out since 09/13/2025, letters was sent numerous times to my mothers address after calling once again saying that I moved out even offered pictures of the unit being empty with a timestamp and was told that it was not needed, then everything stopped, however on 11/22/2025 I received a message via text from David saying how he wouldn’t want to auction off my belongings in the same unit AGAIN!!! David also expressed how the didn’t know that the unit was vacant because it has a lock on it ? Not sure how, when I removed the lock after sweeping and cleaning the unit out, now it’s showing on here that my move out date is 11/22/2025 which is not true, I will never use uhaul for storage ever again one it’s over priced I move my things to another local storage and paying more than half for a bigger size, people that work there make things up and don’t give accurate info!!! Hopefully this issue is resolved!!!
