Received wrong information, my card was ran multiple times after I let it be known that I was moved out since 09/13/2025, letters was sent numerous times to my mothers address after calling once again saying that I moved out even offered pictures of the unit being empty with a timestamp and was told that it was not needed, then everything stopped, however on 11/22/2025 I received a message via text from David saying how he wouldn’t want to auction off my belongings in the same unit AGAIN!!! David also expressed how the didn’t know that the unit was vacant because it has a lock on it ? Not sure how, when I removed the lock after sweeping and cleaning the unit out, now it’s showing on here that my move out date is 11/22/2025 which is not true, I will never use uhaul for storage ever again one it’s over priced I move my things to another local storage and paying more than half for a bigger size, people that work there make things up and don’t give accurate info!!! Hopefully this issue is resolved!!!

Joel E | First ImpressionsI was stuck onsite because of alll the drop off and there was no way out no after hours service to call so I had to find my own way out, then upon arrival someone had the lane blocked to my storage unit and I had a certain time to return the UhAul, 0/10 very frustrating paid for 24 hour access and the alarm kept going off saying the site is closed to please contact management but no phone number, trucks were parked any and everywhere blocking access to the storage units.
